APRON is the brand name for catering service owned by Marcel Soproni, a very skilled chef de cuisine, with over 10 years experience in Gastronomy & the Culinary Arts and have been a chef in restaurants all over Europe, from Ireland all the way to Cyprus. His mentor is the famous Executive Chef & Award Winner, Giovanni Caracciolo, who inspired and taught him the secrets of cuisine. He is passionate about cooking, fishing, tennis and gardening as well.
